We stayed at Le Miami Resort & Spa in Pondicherry for a short family trip. The booking was done through MakeMyTrip — the process was simple, though MMT continues to disappoint in some aspects.

The resort still feels partly under construction, as many facilities are not yet fully functional. Parking space is adequate, which is a plus. However, the swimming pool is located across the road, separate from the main property. This setup takes away any sense of privacy and convenience. There’s no proper changing or wash facility near the pool, and no staff was present to monitor or assist there. It might be fine for bachelors or groups of friends, but not ideal for families.

We chose one of the standard rooms, priced around ₹4,000 (after offers, about ₹3,000). The room was small but manageable. Basic amenities like toothbrushes or toiletries were missing, which was disappointing at this price point.

The buffet breakfast was decent — simple but good for the price (₹300 per person). They didn’t charge for my child’s breakfast, which was a nice gesture.

There are larger cottages/villas available, but we didn’t try those. There’s also no lift, which could be inconvenient for elderly guests.

The beach is about a 5–7 minute walk from the resort, which is convenient enough, though the beach itself is average.

Overall, it’s a decent stay for the price, especially considering some of the negative experiences we’ve had elsewhere through MMT. With better maintenance and service, it could become a much better place.

Had a great time staying at Le Miami Resort! Staff was extra helpful and made sure the stay is comfortable. They were accommodating when we wanted rooms close to other family members. They offered suggestions on cafes and places to eat and visit! Narendra Kumar Malik and Chandan Das who are member of the staff at Le Miami went above and beyond to make sure our dinner experience was great and comfortable. Food service - breakfast and dinner - was great as well! We will definitely recommend Le Miami if you want a comfortable stay in Pondicherry!!

Staff members and security guards are really good and humble. Hospitality is amazing and people are really gentle. They go beyond the limits to keep customers happy.

The staffs are very helpful. The cook Narendra, service boys rohan, das, aakash, sujan, khoosboo are all helpful, but overburdened. The location isnt great, but the rooms are nice. A bit far from the sea. Though there is a direct way to the sea which is closed. If it is kept open that would be great. The food is good & value for money

We had a great stay @Le Miami. Staffs were very helpful and welcoming, particularly Shiva who immediately responded to our requests. He was so thoughtful, especially since we had our little boy with us, and went out of his way to make sure a room was arranged at the earliest.

Had a pleasant stay at Le Miami with family and the food quality was excellent. Except the pest cleaning effect on the room everything was awesome. A loud shout out for Narendra & Team at restaurant, Hannah & team at reception for their wonderful service. Kids engagement activities would have made our stay fulfilled and they are proving essentials such as tooth paste kit upon request (may be an idea to reduce one time usable brush & plastics) . Overall I would rate 4/5 for the experience..

Food is good and we have a kid and on request they prepared the kids food with less oil and spice. Tasty and prepared with balance for taste and being easy on the stomach.

We were very happy to have chosen this hotel for our stay. The hotel is neat & clean, the rooms quite spacious and it is located very close to a beach, 5 min walk.
The staff were really efficient, friendly and helpful.

We were very happy to have chosen this hotel for our stay. The hotel is neat & clean, the rooms quite spacious and it is located very close to a beach, 5 min walk.
The staff were really efficient, friendly and helpful.

We had a wonderful stay at this resort. The room was impeccably clean, the pool was well maintained and refreshing, adding to the overall leisure experience. The breakfast food was delicious, with variety of options that satisfied everyone in our family.

We stayed with family on 27th Oct night in the villa type stay which had 3 rooms. The rooms and bathrooms are very clean and posh. The staffs including the helping boys and security were very polite. Enough parking space is there. Their inhouse dining is little expensive and slow but of good quality. Serenity beach is 400 meters walkable from premise though the beach and the path to beach is not so clean. Reduced one star for poor WiFi and AC issues. WIFi range was on and off. TV cannot be connected directly but from our mobile we have to connect to their WiFi first and then mobile hotspot to be enabled for the TV to connect. This option will not work in all mobiles. Secondly the AC didn't switch on automatically when power goes off and comes back. In the night we stayed there was frequent power disruptions. Though the power came back in few mins the ac did not switch on automatically. Mosquito's are more so it is advisable to carry repellants.

Complementary breakfast is excellent but otherwise the food made to order is average. Did not find much seafood options in the menu as expected in a beach resort. Only thing that could be better is the time taken to prepare the food. But that gets compensated because of the fine taste and aroma of the food that reaches your room/table. Overall very satisfied. The approach road is a bit cramped. But there is ample parking space near the room. The direct approach path to beach is also very dirty. But there is a roundabout road to reach the beach.

I had recently visited Le Miami resorts in pondicherry and I was pleased with their quality of rooms and the villa which we had taken, very clean rooms n spacious
The staff is very courteous & friendly too, good space for parking cars , but the pool is not too deep, also it's in the parking area which needs some cover up for privacy. The approach road to their resort is very small as two cars can't pass through..
Overall from resorts point of view it's good place to stay.

The ambiance of this resort is top notch and so was the hospitality. The rooms were comfortable with the outdoor sitting being the main attraction. In addition the food was deliciously prepared . The chef ( narendra) exceeded my expectations with all of the dishes which were order .The resort staff (chaoba , soumya , das ,including others) took great care and were extremely resourceful and friendly.
The resort is approximately 300 metres from the nearest beach but the walk till the beach was disappointing, the path was ill kept with an abundance of overgrown trees and collected trash , there isn’t much lighting so it’s safe to say that the path is inaccessible at night .
But overall the experience was worth it and I would definitely visit again.

This is One of the best resorts. We have visited as a family. I completely loved their hospitality and the service provided by the staff. Food was also very tasty and delicious .Stay was very pleasant . Coming to the location - Le miami is placed very close to pondy city and It also has a private entrance to the beach that takes just 1min walk from the resort and it's highly secured . Must visit spot.

The place is very nice. 10mints from beach. I didn’t stay here. Stayed at Kadal Hotel but this place is near to Kadal resort. 1mint walking from there. Wonderful place to spend some serene time with family and friends… The Villas are tailor made to cater big families to a couple… it’s tucked away in a calm place where it’s silent and no hustle bustle… The rooms were spacious neat clean and comfortable.

Very Friendly staff who were always ready to help you with a smile and had a never to say No attitude… a special mention to Gautham who was always ready to help us anytime we called with a warm smile…

Food was amazing at the restaurant just like home made and the chef always coming in to check if everything was fine and if the guests required anything specific. You could choose to order to your rooms as well and the service was pretty quick…

On the whole had a Wonderful stay at Le Miami would definitely visit again in the near future…

Stayed at La Miami resort on 14th April 2024. I stayed with my wife, elderly parents and with my teenage kids.
The villa we stayed in was very comfortable . The food was very tasty and was loving my kids and by my parents.
